1. Merchant 

Female Astrology is operated by a registered individual entrepreneur in Georgia.  

2. Commitment to Applicable Law and Payment Rules 

Female Astrology operates the Services in accordance with applicable legal obligations and the contractual/payment-network requirements that apply to the payment methods enabled on the website. This includes obligations relating to consumer information, data protection, payment authorization, fraud prevention, transaction records, intellectual property and cooperation with authorized payment providers or public authorities where legally required. 

3. Lawful Transactions 

Payments are accepted only for genuine Female Astrology products and services offered through the approved website flow. We do not knowingly process fictitious transactions, cash-equivalent transfers or transactions unrelated to the sale of our digital products. 

4. Fraud, Sanctions and Restricted Activity 

We and our payment providers may screen transactions and may refuse, cancel or review a transaction where required by applicable law, sanctions, payment-network rules, anti-fraud controls, acquiring-bank requirements or other lawful compliance obligations. 

5. Consumer Information and Rights 

Before purchase, customers are provided with the identity of the merchant, product description, price, payment terms, digital-delivery terms, recurring or one-time nature of the transaction, cancellation/refund information and links to the applicable policies. Nothing in our policies excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality 

Personal and transaction information is handled in accordance with the Privacy & Confidentiality Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. We do not independently store complete payment-card credentials and do not request full card details through Support. 

7. Intellectual Property and Misuse 

Customers may use purchased content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, scraping, circumvention of access controls or other unlawful use may result in account restrictions and legal action where appropriate. 

8. Regulatory and Provider Cooperation 

Where legally or contractually required, Female Astrology may provide relevant merchant, order, transaction, customer or compliance information to an acquiring bank, payment provider, card network, regulator, court or other authorized authority, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements. 

9. Governing Law and International Customers 

The merchant is established in Georgia. These policies are governed by the laws of Georgia to the extent applicable, without excluding mandatory rights that may apply to a consumer under the laws of the consumer’s place of residence.
