These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Female Astrology website, your account, and all products, subscriptions, digital content, and related services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a Monthly Horoscope subscription, purchasing a 2026 Horoscope, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Female Astrology.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old.

If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

To purchase digital products or subscriptions, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share your account, allow another person to access purchased content through your account, or create an account using false or misleading information.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Our Services and Digital Products

Female Astrology provides digital astrology content, which may include Monthly Horoscope subscriptions, 2026 Horoscope products, zodiac compatibility content, astrology articles, and other digital materials.

All products are delivered electronically through the website or your account. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

After successful payment, access is provided only to the specific product and zodiac sign that you purchased.

Content, features, and presentation may be updated, revised, expanded, or improved from time to time.

5. Monthly Horoscope Subscription

The Monthly Horoscope is a recurring subscription that provides access to the monthly horoscope content for the zodiac sign selected at purchase.

By purchasing a Monthly Horoscope subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

You may cancel at any time through your account or the subscription management page.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid billing period. No further renewal charges will be made unless you subscribe again.

Cancellation does not normally provide a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law or provided under our Refund Policy.

We may change subscription prices in the future. Price changes will not affect a billing period that has already been paid and, where required, will be communicated before they apply.

6. 2026 Horoscope

The 2026 Horoscope is a one-time digital purchase.

After successful payment, access to the purchased zodiac sign’s 2026 Horoscope becomes available through your account. Access to the purchased 2026 Horoscope will remain available through your account for as long as Female Astrology continues to operate the website and provide access to that product.

The 2026 Horoscope does not renew automatically and does not require cancellation.

Purchasing one zodiac sign does not provide access to other zodiac signs. Each additional sign must be purchased separately.

7. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed on the website and confirmed at checkout in the applicable currency.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge.

Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Female Astrology does not store your complete payment card details.

Applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges may be added where required by law.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, access may be withheld, suspended, or removed until the payment issue is resolved.

Prices may change from time to time. Changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility is limited because the products are digital and access is generally provided shortly after payment.

Refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical issues that prevent access, unauthorized charges where appropriate, or other exceptional circumstances reviewed individually.

A change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content, or a different personal expectation does not normally qualify for a refund after access has been provided.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Personal License

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your own non-commercial use.

You do not acquire ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights in it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content made available through Female Astrology, including horoscopes, compatibility content, articles, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, branding, website design, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Female Astrology and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, rent, resell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content.

You may not remove copyright notices, proprietary markings, or branding from the content.

You may not use Female Astrology content to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence models, automated systems, datasets, or similar technologies without prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you must not:

· violate any applicable law or regulation;

· attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, database, or restricted part of the website;

· interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Services;

· use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or other automated tools to access, copy, monitor, or collect content;

· circumvent payment, access, account, or technical restrictions;

· share, resell, sublicense, or distribute purchased content;

· use another person’s account without permission;

· impersonate another person or provide false information;

· use the Services in a way that may harm Female Astrology, its users, or its service providers.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, shared or redistributed content, avoided payment restrictions, or created a security or operational risk.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking action. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

Suspension or termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except where required by law or provided under our Refund Policy.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and other terms that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

13. Astrology Disclaimer

Female Astrology provides astrology-based digital content for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal interest.

The content reflects astrological interpretations and is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

The Services do not replace professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or consultation.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, future events, compatibility results, financial results, health outcomes, or personal achievements.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and use of the information provided through the Services.

14. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at a particular time, or that every item of content will remain available permanently.

We may perform maintenance, corrections, upgrades, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Female Astrology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on third-party providers for hosting, account functionality, payment processing, email delivery, and other technical functions.

Third-party websites, tools, or services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Female Astrology is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or independent actions of third-party websites or services.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to the Services

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including products, content, features, prices, or account functionality, where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, security, or business reasons.

Changes will not affect access that you have already paid for during an active billing period, except where a change is required by law, necessary for security, or beyond our reasonable control.

The revised Terms will be published on the website and the “Last updated” date will be changed.

Where required by law, additional notice of material changes may be provided.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary in connection with a reorganization, sale, transfer of business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies expressly referenced on the website, form the entire agreement between you and Female Astrology regarding the Services.

They replace prior discussions, communications, understandings, or agreements concerning the same subject matter.
