1. Overview
Female Astrology sells digital content delivered through the customer account. This Refund Policy explains voluntary refund handling and how refunds affect digital access. It does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
2. Digital Delivery and Withdrawal Rights
Purchased content is made available digitally after successful payment. Where applicable law gives a customer a statutory period to withdraw from a distance contract, that right is subject to the conditions and exceptions of the applicable law.
Where legally required, before immediate digital delivery begins we ask the customer to expressly request immediate performance/access and acknowledge that beginning digital delivery may affect or end a statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
3. Monthly Horoscope Subscription
You may cancel a Monthly Horoscope subscription at any time through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals for the selected zodiac sign but does not end the already-paid period early. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period.
4. Yearly Horoscope
A Yearly Horoscope is a one-time digital purchase for one zodiac sign and one exact year. It does not renew. After digital access is provided, voluntary refunds are limited to the circumstances below, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
5. When a Refund May Be Considered
- a duplicate charge or clear billing error;
- an accidental duplicate purchase that should have been blocked by the site;
- a technical problem that prevents access to purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;
- an unauthorized charge, after appropriate review; or
- another exceptional circumstance considered individually.
6. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Voluntary Refund
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, a voluntary refund is generally not available solely because you changed your mind after digital access began, no longer wish to use the content, expected a different astrological interpretation, forgot to cancel before a recurring renewal, or selected the wrong zodiac sign. A wrong-sign request may still be reviewed individually.
7. Effect of a Final Full Refund or Payment Reversal
If a payment is finally fully refunded or reversed, Female Astrology may remove every digital entitlement supported only by that payment. For a Monthly paid period, this can include the current month and any later Monthly Horoscope that unlocked during that same paid period. Access supported by other successful paid periods and unrelated purchases remains available. For a Yearly purchase, only the refunded zodiac sign and exact year are removed.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not part of the standard customer flow. If a partial refund is issued manually, it does not automatically remove digital access unless required by law or separately agreed.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a payment is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. You retain any rights available through your payment provider or applicable law. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in appropriate account action where permitted by law.
10. How to Request a Refund or Statutory Withdrawal
Email contact@femaleastrology.com and include your account email, order number if available, purchase date, product/sign/year or month, and a short description of the request. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction or request.
Simple withdrawal notice (where a statutory withdrawal right applies): “I hereby notify Female Astrology that I withdraw from my contract for [product/order], purchased on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].”
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed or required by law. Provider/bank processing times can vary. Where a valid statutory withdrawal or another mandatory refund right applies, Female Astrology will issue the refund within the legally required period, including the 14-day period where Georgian consumer law applies.
