1. Overview

Thank you for choosing Female Astrology. Because we provide digital products that become available shortly after purchase, refunds are limited. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available and how refund requests are reviewed. By purchasing any product or subscription through Female Astrology, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by Female Astrology are digital products. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, purchased content becomes available through your account. Because digital content cannot be returned once access has been provided, refunds are generally unavailable except in the situations described in this Policy.

3. Monthly Horoscope Subscription

The Monthly Horoscope is a recurring subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, future renewals will not be charged, and cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

4. 2026 Horoscope

The 2026 Horoscope is a one-time digital purchase. Once access has been provided, purchases are generally non-refundable except in the situations described in this Policy. Purchasing one zodiac sign provides access only to that specific zodiac sign. Access to the purchased 2026 Horoscope will remain available through your account for as long as Female Astrology continues to operate the website and provide access to that product.

5. When Refunds May Be Available

Refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, accidental multiple purchases of the same product, billing errors, technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, unauthorized charges where appropriate, or other exceptional circumstances reviewed individually. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds are generally not available if you changed your mind after purchase, no longer wish to use the product, the content did not meet your personal expectations, you forgot to cancel your Monthly Horoscope subscription before renewal, or for similar reasons. Requests relating to purchases of an incorrect zodiac sign may be reviewed individually at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us before initiating a chargeback whenever possible. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of your account where permitted by law.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email femaleastrology@gmail.com and include your account email address, purchase date, product purchased, a description of the issue, and any supporting information. We may request additional information to investigate your request.

9. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the website with an updated 'Last updated' date.

11. Consumer Rights
