1. Overview
This Policy explains the Monthly Horoscope subscription, automatic renewal, multiple zodiac-sign subscriptions, cancellation, paid-through access, archive access, failed payments, restarts and related refund rules.
2. Monthly Horoscope Subscription
The Monthly Horoscope is a recurring digital subscription currently priced at $6.99/month for one selected zodiac sign. Each zodiac sign is a separate subscription and has its own billing, renewal, cancellation, paid-through date and access state.
3. Automatic Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. By starting the subscription, you authorize recurring $6.99 charges for the selected zodiac sign at the disclosed frequency until cancellation, subject to any future price change handled under Section 11.
4. What the First Payment Unlocks
After the first successful payment, the newest actually published Monthly Horoscope for the selected zodiac sign becomes available through your account. Starting or restarting a subscription does not automatically backfill months that were missed while the sign was inactive.
5. New Monthly Releases During a Paid Period
Female Astrology’s current release model schedules a new Monthly Horoscope for publication on the 28th of each month for the following month. The actual publication event controls availability. If the paid-through period for the selected sign is current when a new Monthly Horoscope is published, that release unlocks automatically without an additional purchase.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel future automatic renewal through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation applies to the selected zodiac-sign subscription. It stops future renewal charges but does not end the current paid period early.
7. Access After Cancellation or Expiry
Until the paid-through date, the customer keeps the benefits of the paid period, including a new release that is published before that date. After the paid-through date passes without a successful renewal, later releases stay locked. Monthly Horoscopes that were validly unlocked during earlier paid periods do not expire merely because the subscription was cancelled or ended; they remain available in the account archive while Female Astrology continues to operate the Service and provide that content, unless the entitlement is removed after a final full refund or reversal.
8. Multiple Zodiac Signs
Subscriptions for different zodiac signs are independent. Cancelling one sign does not cancel another. The subscription-management page must identify the sign being managed.
9. Failed Payments
A payment provider may retry a failed recurring payment according to its procedures. A failed renewal does not erase valid archive content. If the paid-through period ends without a successful payment, future releases remain locked until the subscription is successfully restarted or otherwise reactivated.
10. Restarting
An ended zodiac-sign subscription may be started again. A restart unlocks according to the current published Monthly Horoscope and does not automatically unlock missed inactive months.
11. Price Changes and Promotions
We may offer promotional prices or change future subscription pricing. Offer terms, promotion duration and the regular renewal price will be disclosed before purchase. Before charging a higher recurring price, Female Astrology will provide the advance notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law; you may cancel before the changed price takes effect. A change does not alter a billing period already paid.
12. Refunds and Reversals
Cancellation is not the same as a refund. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. A final full refund or payment reversal may remove access supported only by the affected paid period; unrelated valid archive content and purchases remain unaffected.
13. Yearly Horoscope Is Not a Subscription
A Yearly Horoscope is a separate $17.99 one-time digital purchase for one zodiac sign and one exact published year. It does not automatically renew and does not require cancellation. Valid purchased Yearly content does not expire merely because the calendar year ends; it remains accessible while Female Astrology continues to operate the Service and provide that content, unless the entitlement is removed after a final full refund or reversal.
